Given the perishable nature of our chocolates, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds on our products. However, your enjoyment is of great importance to us, and we are here to assist you with any issues that may arise.
Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you carefully inspect the items. Should you discover any defects or damages, or if you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to us promptly.
If your order has been compromised in any way, please don't hesitate to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are committed to doing everything in our power to rectify the situation.
Please note that we can only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged due to an error on our part. To qualify for an exchange, you must have the item and provide evidence of the defect via email within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
